I received a box inquiry from Chris on Alibaba on the morning of 18th July last year. His inquiry email is very clear and organized, list all the detail information of the box he needs. For so careful man, I also replied a very detail email and answered all his questions. Of course the good beginning is a very important reason of our cooperation successfully.
In the next talking with Chris is the same smoothly. As for jet lag of near 12 hours , many times he would email me in the light day of America , and I reply email in the light day of China. But both of us always wrote all the important information in our email, and the other one will careful answer all questions in the next morning. I think it is working tacit. haha~
