We will do quality check during printing and package. The finished product will be placed in a dry and ventilated warehouse and then packaged and transported according to your needs.

1. Do you have your own factory?  - Our own factory in Fengxian, Shanghai, China, close to the port, so we have an advantage in price and quality control.

2. How to ensure product quality?  - We have professional quality inspection team to ensure printing and cutting quality, and also to ensure that each shipment is qualified.

3. How to get samples?  - Send inquiries to contact the account manager to request the samples, inventory samples are free.

4. How long does the sample ship?  - The samples will be sent within 7 days.

5. How long will it be shipped?  - Usually delivered within 10 to 15 working days after payment and document confirmed. Emergencies can be specifically communicated.

6. What is the minimum order quantity of the product?  - The general order quantity for a product is 500pcs. The more the quantity is, the cheaper the unit price will be.

7. If I place an order with you, should I pay the import fee?  - Yes, we offer FOB/CIF price normally. The shipping cost and your local destination fees, customs clearance fees will be charged by your side.
