For lighter packages weighing up to 68 kg (approximately 150 lbs), ISTA 1A is the appropriate benchmark. Specifically, for items between 1-20 lbs, we employ a drop height of 30 inches (76 cm) as per ISTA 1A guidelines, ensuring a consistent testing metric across both English and Metric systems.

 

In cases where package weights exceed 68 kg, ISTA 1B provides the protocol. For substantial packages over 150 lbs, the prescribed drop height is scaled down to 5.9 inches (15 cm), a requisite part of ISTA 1B’s testing procedure to safeguard heavier goods during transit.

1. Do you have your own factory?  - Our own factory in Fengxian, Shanghai, China, close to the port, so we have an advantage in price and quality control.

2. How to ensure product quality?  - We have professional quality inspection team to ensure printing and cutting quality, and also to ensure that each shipment is qualified.

3. How to get samples?  - Send inquiries to contact the account manager to request the samples, inventory samples are free.

4. How long does the sample ship?  - The samples will be sent within 7 days.

5. How long will it be shipped?  - Usually delivered within 10 to 15 working days after payment and document confirmed. Emergencies can be specifically communicated.

6. What is the minimum order quantity of the product?  - The general order quantity for a product is 500pcs. The more the quantity is, the cheaper the unit price will be.
