Mr.Bruno, send us box structure he needs, provide size, and quantity. we quote price, sending template for him fill design into with quotation together. Having good expression of each other.
 
Box adding tear strips and double adhesive, we adjust template, waiting he finished design. We discuss for sample box making in advance. We made sample box ready and post out in August.
Got feedback and box structure adjustments. We adjust correct template, always waiting final design. It takes 3 months, we keep contact on skype, and following this project.
 
One day, got message, we are ready to order, let us send design draft again. Talk a few details, all things clear. But Bruno need us buy assurance for sea shipping. we agree for this first 40HQ. Then sending INVOICE for accountant to make payment. We successfully finished production and loading in New Year. Right now, cargo have been custom clearance and will be delivery to Mr.Bruno tomorrow, hope he like it.
 
One point, during our communication, is the design adjustment, not very clear client's needs, we should check message again and again, make comparison, thinking over and over and be patient to help clients, serve them better.
